The Swarm, the Spore, and the Root

A shrine built atop a wellspring of pure water has been corrupted and its draconic protector possessed by a trio of digestive demons—only by dispelling the rot can the well be made safe once again!

This dungeon was made as my debut entry to the annual One Page Dungeon Contest in 2023, held at https://www.dungeoncontest.com/. I was honoured to have it placed in the Winners' Circle.
